This refurbished cottage has a new kitchen with all the amenities you would expect including, a washing machine tumble dryer fridge freezer, the cosy lounge area has a log burner (free logs) you have a separate dining room that will seat 8 people, there is a separate WC on the ground floor, the first floor comprises of three double bedrooms, one with king-size bed and one twin of which you can push together if you wish, another which has two singles for two adults or children, and a bunk bed, which could sleep another two children. There is a new shower room with WC on the first floor.

With so much to do here, you will have a big garden with a disposable bbq area (don’t forget to bring your disposable bbq) children’s play area, Log Cabin/sports room for the older children and the grown-ups to chill out and enjoy the afternoon sun. also, we have teamed up with Adventure pirate who is an outdoor activity centre next door, so you can book your activities there, adventure pirate has given us permission to use their facilities to include a Campfire area, a children’s play area with slides and swings ext after activities classes have finished in the afternoon. What a great added bonus to your holiday, also there are some great dog walking areas around, Wareham woods being one of them.

Although you are in a rural setting you are only 10 minutes drive into Poole town, check out Farmer Palmer’s and Monkey World just two major attractions close by, there are two great public houses just down the road both within walking distance. ( Saint Peters finger and the Bakers Arms. The courtyard just around the corner does great lunches and breakfasts.

This is the perfect base for a couple of families to get together and enjoy the big outdoors and visit all the major things that Dorset has to offer.

Please do take note that we are definitely not a party house and no large groups that intend on having a party are allowed unless previously discussed with the host.
Organised events such as wedding receptions are welcome but must gain pre-approval first.

There is plenty of area for a marquee, which we can help arrange if required.
